The legislation is patently unconstitutional. But then, this is Congress.
It's dismissed as "procedural," but an ultimatum wouldn't surprise.
Will we see dread abominations with zero exposition? Will we? WILL WE?!
The company's stock chart looks like the EKG of a dead man.
The court's March affirmation of an injunction is pretty reasonable.
