The games hitting shelves this week.
ruth be told – those weekly marathons of Deadliest Catch Discovery’s been running may not be enough to satiate everyone. For those left wanting more, developer Liquid Dragon brings us Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm. In this Xbox 360 exclusive, expect tired fishermen, rundown boats, and crab – lots and lots of crab.
Ratchet’s robot buddy finally gets a game of his own. This week, Secret Agent Clank arrives for the PSP. This title’s stealth gameplay may not be the norm for the series, but Clank’s sense of humor looks to be as dry as ever.
If all the political ads clogging the airwaves have you thinking you could do a better job, you may want to check out The Political Machine 2008 on PC. This strategy game from Stardock allows you to manage every aspect of a political campaign as your candidate goes from dark horse to frontrunner.
There’s no shortage of classic arcade games on portable platforms this week. The Nintendo DS receives a remake of Taito’s Arkanoid, while Space Invaders is re-imagined on both the DS and PSP. Both titles put a new spin on these greats from the early eighties.
